Important information for anyone attending the Sunday meal
- 1. If you prefer to post a handwritten form then click here to access the postal entry form.
- 2. Enter the personal details and cycle/walk options for each person including those wishing to participate in the walk.
- 3. If the entrant does not have an email address, please enter your own; an email address must be stated for each entry.
- 4. If you are coming as part of a group then you are welcome to agree a suitable team name.
- 5. Select the "Submit Entry Details" button when your details are complete. This will email your details to the organiser.
- 6. Each person attending needs to have their details completed on this form, even if they are putting their name down for the walk.
- 7. You will be presented with a PayPal page to complete your payment. If you wish to enter multiple people, then just select the "Add to Cart" option
- 8. Once you have completed all the entries for your group, just select the "View Cart" option on the next page.
Payment by PayPal confirms that you accept the Terms and Conditions.
